How does it work?

  1. Your guests can come up to the table where I will take a picture for reference. 1-2 guests are allowed in each portrait.

  2. Each single portrait needs 5-8 minutes to complete and each couple portrait needs 7-10 minutes to complete. Once finished, they will be placed in a plastic sleeve and displayed on a rack ready to be picked up. An average of 40-50 guests will be painted by the end of the night.

  3. Each portrait will have a stamp of the couple’s name and wedding date (or event name for other events).

Things to note

  • If the limited number of portraits is a concern, this also works as a great addition to another wedding event such as a bridal shower, engagement party, welcome dinner, etc. We can also add an additional artist, dependent on availability

  • I will need a 6 ft table and two chairs at the venue. I provide my own light grey linen. However, if you would prefer to have linen that matches the rest of your event, that will need to be provided as well.

  • Each portrait is on a 6 x 9” heavyweight cold-press watercolour paper.

  • Guest Portraits will start at the beginning of cocktail hour and last a maximum of 6 hours (dependent on timeline).

  • a 20% deposit and a signed contract is required to lock in your booking. The remaining 80% is due two weeks before your date. Payment plans are also available.

Investment

Guest Portraits have a flat fee of $2,400 (includes tax)
